Cancellation Policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit
If cancelling 31 days before arrival, forfeit 0% of the deposit

*Cardholder, ID/Passport is required at Check-in.
*The Credit card used for the Online deposit must be present at check-in.
*Regrettably, not Catering for Children under the Age of 18 years.
*Strictly Non-smoking Rooms and Indoor Communal Areas.
*Breakfast Included.
*Dinner can be offered at Additional Cost.
*All meals must be Pre-booked.
*All Dietary must be Informed on upon Arrival.
*All special Nutritional preferences can be catered for at an additional Fee.
*This is a NON Self-Catering Establishment. NO Food is allowed in the Himba Honeymoon Suite.
*Fully Licensed Bar and Wine Corner available. Drinks are Non-inclusive
and will be charged for additional.
*Corkage Fee will apply as per Total Nights stay, should you Prefer coming with your own Drinks and Alcohol.

*The Exclusive Himba Rooftop Star Bed is a Daybed during Daytime, creating ideal Space for Yoga, Meditation, Religious studies, Sun bathing or Ultimate Relaxation.
The Exclusive Himba Star Bed is to be Set-up with Linen should you want to sleep underneath the Stars.
Setting-up the Star Bed is to be REQUESTED for and depending on Weather Conditions.
