Conveniently situated close to town in the well known Hoedspruit
Wildlife Estate, the cottage offers a bush atmosphere and comprises 2
ground-floor bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a lounge. The main
bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom
fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished
with a king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds and makes use of
the guests’ bathroom fitted with a corner bath, shower, basin, and toilet.
All linen and towels are provided.

* Please note, there are strict rules of conduct in the estate and guests that do not adhere to them, get fined on the spot.
* Smoking is not allowed.
* Regrettably, pets cannot be accommodated.
* Quiet hours are observed between 22h00 and 06h00.
* Loud music, parties, noise, or functions are not allowed on the premises.
* There is a potential for noise as it is possible to hear the traffic and the train from town as well as general sounds from neighbouring properties.
* There is an outdoor staircase that leads to a deck and the loft entrance, and it is not necessary to climb stairs if you do not utilise the loft and deck during your stay.
* Guests may encounter potentially dangerous animals, Hoedspruit Bush Cottage is located in a Wildlife Estate, where animals such as warthog, giraffe, antelope, and reptiles are seen regularly and there are no fences around the property.
* The plunge pool does not have a net, gate or lock.
