We all get a bit ‘gatvol’ sometimes – and in South Africa we have a lot of reasons to get gatvol!
In the bush we like to stress less, and we therefore do things a little bit different than the rest. There are no fences here for instance -and the famous Maru Djembe Leopard roams around.
We also have Snakes, Scorpions and Spiders - which is part of the small five. The big five can be spotted in the surrounding areas. In camp the Zebra’s, Sables, Giraffes, Impala, Kudus, Buffalos, Hyenas and warthogs will pay you a visit.
If you are a nature lover, adventurer and a bit of a risk taker, then this is for you. If your preference is soft sheets and you worry about your WIFI connection, then maybe this is not for you.
Bushveld tranquillity and breaking free from the rat race is what it is all about. If you love the sounds of the bush, you will love the Maru Djembe camping experience. This is bush camping at its purest.
