Important Information

The only requirement we have is that the child must be able to walk 2km in 30 minutes.
No wheelchair accesss.

This is not a camp but rather a life changing retreat. Overnight camps that help teens foster identity, forge independence and inspire purpose in their lives. Based on a private reserve in the Greater Kruger park area the camps are designed to help teens uncover their true selves while building towards independence.
Creating a basis of core morals and values that helps shape their identities and inspires them with purpose. With a large focus on using conservation as a means to disseminate action based strategies which enhance their overall perspective, attitude and behaviors. Designed to help every teen become their very best selves and achieve true success and happiness.
With a multitude of activities ranging from in depth conservation walks and game drives to jungle paintball and dirt karting in the bush, it is not all serious with some incredibly fun elements too.

- We have a gear list and parent and camper guides that will be sent via email
- We have a contract that needs completing too with indemnities and medical info.
- We require the child’s travel info for arrival at camp.
Travel to and from camp is not included. There is a R250 transfer fee one way between Hoedspruit Eastgate airport. Campers may be dropped off by their parents at the camp gates (info in the travel guide and parent guides) or campers can catch shuttles from OR Tambo or Nelspruit to three bridges where there is a collection, free of charge. All info is in the Travel document found on our website or sent to parents via email upon booking.
Rates
Wild dog 5 day camp - R15,900 per person. Includes Accomodation, food and all activities. Excludes travel to and from camp, as well as personal items found on your gear list. There are various camps throughout the year with different age groups. Girls camps for the year are in August and December. The age group Is 13-18. Only available for the 5 day wild dog camp Boys (13-14) there are numerous camps throughout the year. Only available for Wild Dog 5 day camp. Boys (15-18) there are two options the 5 day wild dog or the 21 day ultimate Askari. Both have a range of dates throughout the year.
