A 90-minute morning with two or three elephants of the Jabulani herd and their carers on the Kapama Private Game Reserve. Hear each elephant's story, offer them snacks from behind a low partition and take your photos, with coffee, tea and biscuits.

Drive yourself to the Kapama main gate on the R40 and arrive by 06:00. Children from 6 years.
