Overview
Four days and three nights inside Kruger National Park, camping without the work. Nhoro Earth guides you in a private safari vehicle, and Brubru has your Bush Lapa off-road caravan delivered and set up at your campsite before you get there. Your camp is ready and your meals are made for you, so all that is left is to look, listen and enjoy the bush.
The Bush Lapa Ratel is fully equipped and sleeps four, so it suits a couple, a family or a few friends. On the vehicle you have two full days of game driving, two sunrise drives and a sunset drive, all private, so you and your guide set the pace. Between drives you are back at your own campsite, with dinner and a glass of wine or a soft drink waiting.
You are collected at Eastgate Airport or in Hoedspruit on the first morning and dropped off there again on the last. The price is for the whole group. SANParks conservation fees are extra, charged per person per day and paid in advance so you get through the gate quickly.

A Bush Lapa Ratel from Brubru: a fully equipped off-road caravan that sleeps four, delivered and set up at your campsite inside Kruger before you arrive.
Day by Day
Arrival and full-day game drive
You are collected at Eastgate Airport or your agreed point in Hoedspruit and driven into Kruger. Once through the gate, the game drive starts, with a stop for lunch at one of the main rest camps. In the afternoon the drive carries on towards your campsite, where your Bush Lapa is set up and waiting. Dinner and drinks are served at camp.
Full-day game drive
An early start, when the animals are often most active. You stop for coffee and a light breakfast, carry on driving, and have lunch outdoors at one of Kruger's picnic sites. The afternoon drive brings you back to camp for dinner and drinks.
Sunrise and sunset game drives
Coffee at camp, then a sunrise drive, with breakfast at a picnic site on the way. Back at camp, the middle of the day is yours, with lunch served at the campsite. Late in the afternoon you head out again on a sunset drive, and come back to a drink and dinner at camp.
Sunrise game drive and departure
One last early drive, with a coffee stop and a light breakfast. After you leave the park you are dropped off at Eastgate Airport or your agreed point in Hoedspruit.

Getting There
Fly into Eastgate Airport in Hoedspruit, or make your own way to Hoedspruit. You are collected at the airport or at an agreed point in and around town and driven into Kruger National Park. On day 4 you are dropped off at the airport or your agreed point.

Are park fees included?
No. SANParks charges a conservation fee per person per day, paid in advance. From 1 November 2026 an adult (12 and older) pays R140 as a South African, R296 as a SADC national and R692 as an international visitor; children pay R70, R147 and R345.
Where are we collected?
At Eastgate Airport in Hoedspruit, or at an agreed point in and around Hoedspruit. You are dropped off at the airport or your agreed point on day 4.
Do we need to cook or set up camp?
No. Your Bush Lapa is set up before you arrive and your meals are made for you: lunch and dinner on day 1, every meal on days 2 and 3, and breakfast on day 4.
Who runs this safari?
Nhoro Earth, a Hoedspruit safari company, guides you in their private vehicle. Brubru supplies the Bush Lapa caravan and sets it up at your Kruger campsite. Our bookings team arranges it all for you.
